Han Zheng said that in the face of profound changes in the international situation, President Xi Jinping has put forward a series of major initiatives, such as the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative, and the Global Civilization Initiative, constantly enriching the connotation and practical path of the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind, contributing China's wisdom and China's solutions to solving common problems facing humanity, and injecting strong positive energy into world peace and development. China is ready to work with all other countries to jointly safeguard world peace and security, seek global development and prosperity, advocate exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and share the fruits of human development, security, and civilization. Han Zheng put forward four suggestions.

First, upholding independence and mutual respect. All countries should support all efforts to independently explore the path of democratic development, respect the exploration of the path of value realization by people in different countries, promote constant development and progress of political civilizations of humanity, and build a beautiful world that all can prosper respectively and collectively.

Second, resolving conflicts through dialogue and consultation. The international community, especially influential major countries, should take a clear stand to promote peace talks and mediation in light of the needs and aspirations of the countries concerned, to build mutual trust, and resolve disputes and promote security through dialogue.

Third, firmly upholding and practicing multilateralism. All countries should decide their positions and policies based on the merits of an event, to make global governance more just and equitable.

Fourth, promoting inclusiveness, mutual benefit, and win-win results. All countries should work together to usher in a new stage of balanced, coordinated, and inclusive global development, promote international development cooperation, improve the well-being of the people of participating countries, and consolidate the social foundation for world peace.

Han Zheng emphasized that Chinese modernization follows the path of peaceful development. China will unswervingly advocate, build and uphold world peace, and stands ready to join hands and pull together with all peace-loving countries committed to development in the world to blaze a grand trail leading to lasting peace and universal security and to carry forward the torch of peace from generation to generation.
