Starting from 6 November 2020, all foreign passengers who are to fly from Latvia to China will be required to apply online for Green Health declaration Codes with the "HDC" Mark.

The application procedure is as follows:

I. Click the following website or scan the icon with the mobile phone to enter the webpage:

https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/

II. Select English language.

III. Register with email address.

IV. Input information item by item and upload Covid-19 negative nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests reports and other documents.

V. After verification by the Chinese embassy in Latvia, foreign passengers will obtain Green Health declaration Codes with the "HDC" Mark as bellow.

Foreign passengers must present green health declaration codes with the "HDC" mark in electronic form or printed paper form to the airlines for checking.
